Creating a Z Transaction of SAP transaction

Dear All,

I am trying to create a Z transaction of a SAP transaction with added features since user exits present in the SAP transaction were not allowing me this freedom.

When I checked the program in se80, along with the transaction which I want to clone, there are many other transactions associted with the program. So, will my creation of Z transaction for this program by replicatin the SAP program effect other associated transactions as well.

Please let me know if my problem is clear and you have any solution for it.
