Hi,
With the help of Tcode OLIX we clear the entries from infoset SXYZ which restricts the entries to come down in report.
my question.
Is OLIX delete the data from table SXYZ or it just restrict the entries to populate in the report?
regards,
anup
Hi,
Program RMCSISCP enables you to copy and delete versions of an information structure. The following processing types are available:
Copy a version: the source version of the information structure is copied to the target version.
Delete a version: the source version of the information structure is deleted.
Copy and delete: the source version of the information structure is copied to the target version and is then deleted.

Despite my repeated requests, I am sorry to say that you neglected my requests and continue to copy paste from other source.
Even the above post is also copy pasted from here
[RMCSISCP - Copy/delete versions of an info structure|http://www.consolut.com/en/s/sap-ides-access/d/s/doc/D-RMCSISCP]
where at the bottom, you can see very clearly states This documentation is copyright by SAP AG. which means, you have deviated the forums rules again.
I have no other option but to refer to the concerned panel for their necessary action by which, either your points or user id will be deleted
Sorry for the negative feedback.

Hi,
You can copy to other veriosn and delete, if you delete, it will delete from table, not restrict entries.
But always better to have copy to comapre after restoring histroical data.

I think you can use iq02 to clean them up.
