Open doc from Xlcs to crystal

Hi ,

I am facing the same problem.

My open doc syntax:

"=http://hwdboe01:8080/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=33935&sType=rpt&sRefresh=N&sWindow=new&isApplication=true&YlsS0COMP_CODE-20COMPANY="&G30&"&lsS0DEBITOR-20CUST_CLASS="&G31"

I am creating parameters in crystal with technical name format from Bex query as i dont have access to create character restriction in Bex query and in my Bex query there is 1 optional prompt and a mandatory prompt which i am not using in the syntax.. will that make any difference..

Crystal parameters: 0COMP_CODE-20COMPANY

0DEBITOR-20CUST_CLASS

And G30 =0000X G31=0000X in excel/ xclesius.

I have inputed tech names .. but still it opens up parameter entry screen ...

Please let me know where i am going wrong .

Thanks in advance ,

Pallavi

CR 2011 and CR for Vs 2010 are the only versions of CR that support XLXS files if that was a typo in the subject line. Otherwise post to SAP Integration forum.

one thing put n the CUID in and have to put
the type of the ID for the parameter pass it to a cell on the spreadsheet and put
the cell address  in the URL instead of
hard coding it but if you want it this way this is ok . Also the " should
be after the = not before it here is a an example

=”http://hwdboe01:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=33935&sIDType=CUID&sType=rpt&s..."&G30&"&lsS0DEBITOR-20CUST_CLASS="&G31"”
