Indian TDS calculated on net amount in MIRO and FB01

Hi Gurus

I have a problem with Indian taxation rules.

Actual Wrong calc

In the mentioned case the Tds is wrongly getting calculated on total: 1.582.473

1.582.473 = 1.380.000 + 197.473+5000

Tds is the 2% 1.582.473 = 31.650

Teoric Right calc

TDS should have been rightly calculated on total of net amount: 1.577.473

1.577.473 = 1.380.000 + 197.473

In this case Tds should be the 2% of 1.577.473 = 31550

Is it possible to calculate the TDS in the right way?

Thanks in advance

Regards

Marco

    Hi Marco,

    Can you please share the screen shot of wittholding tax type in your case.

    Just check whether the base amount is net amount or gross amount.

    Hi,

    Maintain the w.h.tax base amount as net amount. Then it should calculate on net amount only.

    Regards,

    Mukthar
