Period of adjustment and reorganising interval
this query is continuation of the previous query.
lets say we have weekly PIR in DM and I am using Make to stock strategy (40)
W.14 - 100
w.15 - 100 (Lets assume we are now in W.15)
w.16 - 150
w.17 - 200
w.18 - 100
w.19 - 100
w.20 - 150
and I have a customer demand of only 50 in w.17
Now if I have a backward consumption of 30 and PIR adjustment period of 5 days in past. what does this period adjustment of 5 days in past will do to my quantities?
