Error in Connection between BW and SEM on different instance

Hello,

I have to establish connection between my BW and SEM system which are running on two different instance as in two different machines. I have successfully established a RFC Connection between the two. I want to use this RFC Connection for pulling data in the Management Cockpit. So in the Management Cockpit design I have given this RFC Connection by specifying this in the "Standard RFC Destination for BW". When I check this connection it works fine.

The RFC Connection is shown as default in the Management Cockpit frame. The problem starts when I press F4 or type any Infocube name. The system hangs and finally gives me an error message "RFC destination cannot be reached" message number UM111.

After this if I again check the connection in "Standard RFC Destination for BW" under Management Cockpit design the same message is raised.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
