Please help me out this problem....
My client asked me to create a web application regarding Online Resignation.
---> Employee shall place their resignation through ESS, the same would reach the respective Project In-charge / immediate supervisor for approval, with CC to HOD and HR.

> Employee would be allowed to provide the Resignation Reason & Relieving Date.

I guess there is no standard WDA or WDJ or BSP application related to resignation.
Before you start the development, get the requriements from the client. What is the layout...where it needs to be displayed in portal...what other validations needs to be done..All this should be clear.Only then we can start development
Based on the Layout, we can start the development. There requirement should not be vague.
Check wether it is a simple workflow or just a mail needs to be sent.

No need of deploying in portal just we need to keep it in the ESS and UWL.
Please go through it once.

-->After approval by Project in-charge/immediate supervisor, the resignation request reaches the respective HOD for approval, with CC to HR .
-->After approval by HOD, the request reaches HR for approval with CC to Employee.
-->Employee can withdraw resignation before HR Approval.
-->Once final approval of resignation is done by HR Admin Runs u2018Inactiveu2019 Action in SAP to block Salary
A program shall be provided which, once executed shall trigger clearance notification sequentially to all concerned departments for starting the clearance activities.
-->This Program shall be executed by the HR Admin whenever required. This program would replace the present Clearance Form.
-->Employee gets notified as and when any department performs clearance activity, with CC to HR Admin.

But what am asking is???
I telling you the process flow once go through............
Process flow is:-
step 1. This would just be advance intimation, followed by a hard-copy of resignation with signatures .
step 2. The resignation request reaches the respective Project in-charge/immediate supervisor for approval, with CC to HOD, HR.
step 3. After approval by * Project in-charge/immediate supervisor*, the resignation request reaches the respective HOD for approval, with CC to HR.
After approval by HOD, the request reaches HR for approval with CC to Employee.
Finally what am saying is that, application will have two things one is employee and manager
what ever employee is raised the manager can see and approved...

Process flow is:-
First we need to create a window in that automatically Emp Name & Emp No. should be generated
and then he can able to create a resignation application.
secondly he can able to Modify and delete also....
Finally what am asking you is that how can we get the emp no. & emp name...
Please provide me the notes or logic
