Logon Group in ECC 6 System

Hi Experts

We have One Central Instance and Application Instance in ECC 6 System. We also created the Logon Group for Both Instances but we cant able to access by Logon Group in SAPGUI. It Displaying the Error Msg " Error Service ? not known " after Message Server of the SAP System.
