QE51n Result Recording Problem

I am recording a result in QE51n. I enter the result, and lock it in. The result transfers to the u201Coriginal valueu201D field as usual, but it is not retained/rounded in the result column. Instead the result column goes blank.

The MIC status is changed to 5, and is valuated as passing with the green checkmark. Therefore, I can generate a CoA with this MIC, but of course there is not a value in the result field, so nothing pulls to the CoA.

May be, it has something to do with: Inspection scope for the MIC. Pl. check the Control indicator "Inspn Scope" for this MIC.

Thanks for the reply.

When I type the results and put "1" in the inspected column it appear correctly. I hit enter and the result is rounded and the original value is populated.

However, when I click the valuate icon (MIC goes to status 3), the inspected becomes a 0 and the Result field goes to blank. The same happens if I click on the lock button (not Force) to change it strait to status 5.

Strange!

I am not sure what must be the exact reason for this, but check following.

1. In result recording screen you find one column namely Attribute

2. Will you please check whether it contains any entry?

3. If it is (*)Outlier or (/) invalid, the inspected column remains blank.

Are you forcing "Acceptance" of results or the sample size to be inspected and sample size inspected are not populated ?

In such case, the Results column will not be populated. Pl. check. Krishna

Hi Chris,

When the number of samples size to be tested and No. of Samples tested are not populated or you force the result - the status changes to 5 but, no result exists in the result column. Also, pl. check the config settings for Results Recording in IMG.
