Time Quota Compensation

hello gurus,

can some one pls help me configure Time Quota Compensation.

Mr requirement is - at the time of termination the employee gets encashment against the balance leave quotas. how do i configure this??

1) from reading i have understood that there are 3 compensation methods. Which one suits my requirement?

2) what all i need to configure in R/3 besides the node 'Time Quota Compensation'. Also do i need to create a wagetype for this or i get it from the payroll??
