Hi,

customer master data: general data are stored in table KNA1, company code related data in KNB1, sales area data in table KNVV.

It is possible (and quite normal) that not every customer has a company code view (eg customer master records used as (top) nodes in a customer hierarchy).

Just check the tables above, compare KNB1 and KNVV to identify the differences and ask your business responsibles about that.

Best regards, Christian

are these customer codes? or number of customers?

If it is customer code, then it is not possibel, those are two different masters.

Hi,

It seesm that same customer is created twice. Goto display customer enter customer number and the check the administrative data for customer avialable under extras on the top screen options. Compare both the data and you can get the detials who has created and when has created the master data.
