Special character upload in long text in material master

Dear All,

During uploading of Master Data, Long text have some special character like Greather than or Equal to "u2265" sign. After uploading "u2265" value converted into "=" Equal to sign.

Even we have tried to do manually but system does not accept.

Pls. give solution.
