Hi Nithya,

You could change the iView distances via the Portal Theme Editor, under 'Portal Body'.

Hi Robin,

Much thanks for your input.

Could you let me know where to check that which theme is currently applied and also how to apply the new theme.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nithya,

Refer to this

Move backward (i,e starting from Master rule collection -> Portal Desktop -> Theme) to determine which theme is assigned to the current user.

Follow the steps in this blog to create a custom theme if you don't have one already and assign it to user.

Thanks

Prashant

Hi Nithya,

If the 'personalize portal' option is enabled, you can check by clicking the 'Personalize' link in the masthead, the currently selected theme will be displayed here.

If you have more than one portal desktop, review your Display Rules (System Administration > Portal display > Desktop and rules, and from PCD browse to Portal Administrators > Super Admin) to check which desktop is currently in use.

To assign your modified theme to the portal desktop,

- open your portal desktop from the PCD

- open the 'themes' folder from the PCD and locate your theme,

- assign your theme to the currently open desktop via context menu

You then have the option of setting the newly added theme as the default theme

Hope this explains
