Encountering Interesting problem into SAP.SD sales order level.

Hi Guru,

I have encountered a very special problem at sales order level. I have one booking order which having status being Processed. But when i checked the status of every line item into VBUP it is showing all item are processed but 1 item is not processed. Then i checked the particular line item into sales order but it is not available. I have checked into VBAP table also but it is showing enteries 1 less than VBUP enteries.

So now user want to know why this order is bieng processed.

please help me to solve this issue.

check any item deleted from order in change log.

Hi RamKi,

I have checked change log it is maintained for this item but log is maintained for sales discount, net price. So i am not able to get the material also. No change lot maintained for deletion of this item.

Hi Hemant,

Try running standard program RVV05IVB, which would reorganize indexes and statuses.

Then check the entries in VBUK and VBUP, if they are showing up fine.

You may also try replicating the same cycle again and check how it works out !
