Difference MIGO and return PO

Dear experts,

I have a question with regard to return to vendors.

I believe there are 2 main options: using MIGO with movement type 122, or you can start a more elaborate process of setting up a return PO.

I can see that using the return PO has the advantage that you can create a delivery to pick the goods from the warehouse. Are there other difference, which are key for choosing the solution?
