delta management

Hi Gurus

i m working on delta new or change records in sap bi 7.0.i have a design data comes in dso1 first and then dso 2 and the n open hub we will get the change records. i have issue when i upload files directly from prduction which are coming every day it does not work but when i test those file the design works fine so is there anything else we need to check

please suggest i appreciate your help
