Could we create cost estimates in multiple valuations: Legal,Group and P.C?

Dear Gurus,

I have activated mulitple valuations: Legal, Group and Profit center.

If I will creat cost estimates, will it calculate price of finished goods in multiple valuations?

Because than, I gonna mark and release this prices.
