Calculating AVG score don't work

Hello all again,

i have the following issue if someone can help me

i have a Scorecard board then one of the column is the Score. what i'm trying to do is calculate the total Avg score of that column. I try using two formula

1. =AVERAGE

2. =COUNTIF and =SUM then =SUM/COUNT

Both way comeback with "#DIV/0!" when using live data.

also i'm using Centigon Filtered Summary to sort the Column by name.

Hello,

As your issue is comming up when you are trying to use live data, I would recommend you to check if you are getting correct data or not. As "Div/0" an error from Excel indicating error in formula or having null/0 as value.

You might want to use Xcelsius component to get the data populated in your worksheet to check the data before proceeding ahead.
