PO not yet released ME390, for PO not subject to release

Hi folks!!

We usually post invoice for released purchase orders, but now we want to post few invoice for PO in which release strategy is not there, but while trying to post MIRO or F-47, the system is throwing message ME390 PO Doc not yet released, while in reality, this PO is not subject to relase, so sytem should not stop,

I ha already check ME390, it is not effecting postin whether i will set the message as E or W.

PLEASE DADVICE WJT TO CHECH,
