FI datasource

Hi Everyone,

how does the delta functionality work for FI datasouce and what are the changes done in source system when the FI datasource is set to init.

Hi Swathi,

All standard FI extractors are based on function modules and generic extractors can create as normal on table, infoset & FM.

We can create delta on timestamp, cal.day or numeric pointer.

Create DSO for delta and create infopackage for INIT & Delta.

If you want to load INIT data, make sure previous INIT was deleted and check for RSA7 in source system whether that INIT was deleted are not and schedule infopackage for INIT.

Hi Swathi,

FI datasources have After image only delta. So you must have as DSO in the data flow.

And they are based on timestamp.
