Hi,
In earlier versions we used to use Security Services-->System Security from MII administration menu to assign roles to actions.
In 12.1 & 12.2 where it is located. I know it is integrated with UME but where exactly?
Thanks and Regards

Hi Jamie
I navigated to UME through http://server:port/useradmin
but where is that part/link where we assign actions to users/roles? I am unable tolocate it. After going through that help
documentation only I posted this.
Thanks and Regards
Khaleel
Khaleel,
Once in the UME, search for the particular role (by default the search criteria is User). Once you select the searched role in the grid, its details are displayed including Assigned Actions.
Now because I have a read only access to the UME the Modify button for me is disabled , but I am sure if you have the right authorizations, once you click on Modify it'll allow you to add Assigned Actions.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Kahleel, did you get a good understanding of how this now works? I am still very confused on how everything is now linked together and have not found any real good documentation.
