Web Standards

Is there any documentation stating the web standards that EP6.0 adheres to? We are implementing EP as part of a wider web project & need to check that we are inline with the standards they plan to use (namely XHTML 1.0/1.1, CSS 1.0/2.0 & DOM 1)

Anyone know where I can find this out?
