Material & Work Center assignment report

Hi All,

Is there any report in SAP which displays the assignment of Material (Child component of BOM) with Work Center.

If not, do let me know the table(s) from where i can check the assignments.

I have check the T.code CA80, COOIS & Table S022, but of no use.

Do revert.

Dear,

Assuming you have done the component allocation for the respective operation in the routing of the in house manufactured

products,you can get the details along with the operation no, work center,component allocation through the report CA51,in the

input screen ensure the check box for component allocation is checked and execute this report.

Check and revert.

This data is not stored in table. Check with this function modules,

1)CM_DE_CALL_DETAIL

2) CO_MD_MAT_DETAIL_CA

Thanks for your updates, but we have already checked the Table MAPL and its of no use.

Our requirement is that we need to find the Work center mapped to the components ( not header material).

Hi,

If any of above all tables are unable to meet your requirement then I don't think any way you will get any information reg. your requirement from any standard SAP reports or tables.

I suggest you try with query in SQ01 or go for customized z report.

Yes we want to create a query, but we not able to make a logic and also not able to find the relevant table to pick the data.

If you can let us know the logic with the relevant tables, so that we can create a query.

Hi,

You have to use PLMZ table for compoenent alloocation in routing.

Somwhow you need to join MAPL(Routing)-PLPO( opeartions/work centers)-PLMZ( allocation to operation) tables.

Alternative;ly try using CARO_ROUTING_READ function module in a Z program. This FM will return you the Compoenenta allcoation in a routing in a internal table along with operation number. It will be failry easy to relate the same with work center of operation.

Hi,

Check with COIO report where u can get Operations, resource and its assigment with control key and activity type details.
