Actual Assessment Cycle (KSU5) does not allocate cost correctly.

Dear Expert,

We try to allocate cost from this sender Cost Center 10105100 with Cost Element 3240111 to receiver Cost Center 10105010 to Cost Center 10105900.

After we execute KSU5, we check report S_ALR_87013611 (cost centre report) and notice that debit of Assessment Cost Element was only the portion of Cost Center 10105100 but not the whole amount to be assessed.

Therefore it was noted there was a value underabsorption.

Kindly help to advise why is this happen.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi..

Better you check through Sender/Receiver segments icon given just top of Assessment Basic list display comes after you run KSU5.

just click on Sender you will get details of sender values and cost centre and same as if you click on Receiver.

If the sender amount is not fully allocated, then check your Assement cycle whether you have defined correctly or not.

You can also check that you have given 100% in sender values in header segment of your cycle.

yes as he said it is depends upon the Assessment cycle which you defined.

so please check in KSU1 to know about your sender and receiver rules and receiver tracing factor.

Go to SE38 and run the program RK811XST

This is a pre-requisite and needs to be run on every client. This should create sets properly and post correct values.
