Exporting Crystal report to csv

I have created a report with one line in the header section and the rest of the information is shown in detail. I have surpressed the rest of the sections. When I export this to Seperated values (CSV), for each detail line, Crystal inserts the header record. If I don't import the header, Crystal inserts many blank lines between records. Is there any way to eliminate this and print only the header once at the top of the page and print the details?
