BW 3.1C SP Upgrade from 9 to 16 caused error in web reports

Hi,

We have just installed support packages for BW 3.1C from SP9 to SP16. After the installation of support packages 10 to 16, we encounter the following errors in BEx Analyser, BEx Query designer as well as Web Application Designer for all the existing web reports:

Next, I debugged the web reports via RSRT. If I choose "Do not use cache", then those web reports works fine. However, when I use default i.e. use cache, then the above errors occur.

Would appreciate very much, if anyone could give me some advices/fixes.
