Problem with dynamic visibility and URL buttons

We have a strange behaviour with our dashboard concerning URL-Buttons and dynamic visibility.

We have some URL buttons, which by dynamic visibility sometimes are visible and sometimes they are not. They should open a WebI-Report in a new window. The problem now is: When they get visible, one of the URL buttons opens it's new window, although, no click to that button took place. If we delete this special button, the next button steps in and opens its window, when the group of buttons gets visible. We can delete it and the next one steps in ...

Does anyone know this behaviour? Is it a known bug? Is there a work around?

Hi Martin,

I agree with SriramVijay.

Keep blank in the settings of Trigger Cell of URL Button.

While this is blank, only on Click, new window will get open.

Hi Martin,

Please check your URL buttons -->properties -->behaviour --> common -->trigger cell. It seems it is mapped to some cell. it should not be for your case.

Oh...

If Trigger cell of all URL buttons are blank...it is OK. In that case, please check the values which makes the URL Button visible before it is getting visible by taking the snapshot of the situation as follows:

While viewing the dashbord in PREVIEW mode, File->Snapshot->Current Excel Data.

This will help you to find where it goes wrong.

Try Once again with a new URL button from Component browser.

If the problem persists it may be a bug.

which version of xcelsius you are using.

How many URL buttons you are using.
