SOX Report

Hello All,

I have an requirement in MDM where client needs a SOX report for the below mentioned fields.

Record changed

Requested By

Requested Date

Approver 1 date

Approver 1 UserID

Approver 2 User (If available)

Field Name which was modified

Old Value

New Value

We are using MDM 7.1 SP 06

Please help how this can be achieved. Need to display this report on Portal.
