How create vacation quota in infotype 2006

Hi!

How should I create the vacation quota in infotype 2006?

One option is insert a record manually, but I would like generate the quota automatically every year.

I have try the program RPTQTA00 but when I run it I get the error message: "You have not selected any generation rules"

When I run the program I fill:

-Current year

-Personnel number

-Quota type

what I'm doing wrong?
