Dear Experts
We want to use data from DTM (uptime, planned downtimes etc.) in Service level report, but in our system is not possible to change maintenance tool for downtime schedule - SLR setup - under System Availability node, tab Availability maintenance is not changeable.
Is this scenario supported?
Solman EHP 1, SPS 26, ST-SER 701_2010_1 sp 6
SLR session technical info:
Session Type IC
Session Package EWA_CUST Version 41
Person Responsible SAP (SAP)
Session Group IT Version 38
Session Type EWA Customizing
Service Name
Person Responsible SAP (SAP)
Check Group SLR_CUSTOMIZING Version 3
Person Responsible SAP (SAP)
Thanks
Jakub
Hi
I am nt sure exactly I understood ur query
You meant that integration of SLR in DTM? in that case please refer the SAP note [Note 1129052 - Downtime Management with SAP Solution Manager: a brief guide|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1129052]
just look at te ponits for "Integration with SAP Solution Manager Service Level Reporting (SLR) "
Note: as of now, the SLR function has not activated the integration
flag with Downtime Management. The schedule for this activation
has not been confirmed yet. For further queries please open
a CSN ticket on component SV-SMG-MON-SLR.
And check this for needed scenarios

please check and update
