Data Download from changelog Table

Hi ,

We need download data from change log. We have 2 M records and 137 fields. We are getting timeout error if we are executing for 2M records and also if we run for 200 records, output is displayed for max of 65 colums out of 137.

Please suggest any other way to download the same.

As basis team to download it for you. It will be even faster.

Usually they have an access to DB client tool (in case of Oracle DB e.g. SQL+, SQL Developer, TOAD, etc) via such a tool they can dump any table into file easily.

If you want to do it via SAP GUI then you need to slip it so several dumps based on some e.g. data field (e.g. 0fiscper).

Hello there,

there is an option (I've used in times...) to download parcial files and concatenate them later...

download only part of the 2M records, say for instance 1M or less, and then the rest in several files... This applies also for the columns, the first 65 columns and then display more 65 columns and download... Is very boring but a workaround.
