Delivery split should'nt happen because no backorders set for Customer grp

Dear All,

Delivery Split should not happen for sales order because no backorder refusal set for customer group for that customer.

But still delivery split happened. Because of the different weight group the system determines different route and forwarding agent. But the customer saying that the delivery split should not happen because the no backorder refusal is set.

Can you please advise me

    Raghu,

    Maintain 'complete delivery reqd' and

    Partial delivery per item as 'C' (Only complete delivery allowed) in the customer master record and try again.
