BEx 7.0 installation problem

HI All,

We have installed the SAP BI 7 and SAP front end 7.0. The front end that is getting installed shows BEx 3.5 only not the BI 7 BEx. Even BEx 3.5 is not responding. what are we missing to install. Please help.
