Issue with VC tool

Hi All,

I deployed an model after that i tried to run the application,but my portal got freezed and closed.Again i opened the model it shows model locked by my user id.I unlocked it.Now i am not able to add UI elements that window is blank and also the deploy/compile buttons are disabled.

But with other user they could able to work normally on the same system VC.

VC version :701 .6.01

Have anybody faced this issue?
