Unable to open CR

Crystal Report 2008 SP3 and SAP Int Kit XI 3.1 SP3 installed on my client machined.

Connected to BI7 and created the Cyrstal Report on top of the Query.

Saved the Crystal Report into BI7.

However, I can't open again this Crystal Report via Crystal Report Designer ->SAP -> Open Report.

CR just hang for no reason. It says CR Not Responding in Window Task Manager. I forced it to End Task, and see the following:

C:\DOCUME_{1\jkvn\LOCALS}1\Temp\WER8f37.dir00\crw32.exe.mdmp

C:\DOCUME_{1\jkvn\LOCALS}1\Temp\WER8f37.dir00\appcompat.txt

Is this bug?
