We are upgrading from version 8 to version 9 and I'm doing some initial testing. The first thing I noticed was that state reciprocity wasn't working right but I fixed that by setting the "TF80 like Reciprocity Functionality" flag to Yes.
However, some Pennsylvania locals in my test cases aren't working correctly. For example, we have someone with a custom tax combination on infotype 207 consisting of:
Federal
PA
PA9J (Canon-McMillan SD)
PBG5 (North Strabane Township)
IT 208 is PAAH, consisting of:
PA
PAAH - Cecil Township
Currently in production using TF80, it takes the $2 Cecil local services tax and also both the Canon-McMillan and North Strabane taxes. In my test using TF90 it takes the $2 Cecil local services tax but it doesn't take the city or school district taxes.
Do I need to do the "Specify additional tax reciprocity attributes" configuration for this? I was hoping if it worked in TF80 it would work the same way in TF90 but that doesn't appear to be the case.
We have similar situations with Ohio but I'm unable to check at the moment to see if those are working or it's just the Pennsylvania ones.
