WEB reporting - changing the descriptions of context menu items

Is it possible to change the descriptions of web report standard context menu items? I want to change the option "Fix filter value to axis" to something simpler.

the table is RSRRENDERERT.

Change the caption of row

REN_NAME = 'CL_RSR_WWW_TEMPLATE_PROPERTIES'

ATR_NAME = 'MENU_FILTER_ON_AXIS'

LANGU = 'E '

in debug mode.
