capacity planning

We know that if there are (say 20) work centers are there we can do the capacity planning manually by CM25, but if there are greater in number it is critical to do the capacity planning. Can any one please tell me the solution for this (how can we do the capacity planning)?

For complex capacity planning cases use SAP-APO/PPDS.
