Categorization schema - category can not be created



We have configured multilevel categorization, assigned it to Complaints, went to Web to create schema and than tried to create category but category only appears on the left side in the hierarchy. The the right side of the screen - remain details of the schema, and I can not enter my description.

As a result in the complaint i have all fields remain greyed out.

Can someone please help?
