request for change

HI,

can anyone give me the solution for this request for change.

BBU will be taking over responsibility for Lacrosse produced product at the point of delivery to an outside storage location. Currently, Movement Type 309 is used to move product from Lacrosse-4198 plant to outside storage locations 4399 - Sparta or 5712 - Edwardsville. The Day 1 requirement is that product move from Lacrosse-4198 plant to a newly created Intracompany Due-to/Due-from GL Account. The inventory will not be managed in SAP after the movement.

There is an additional Day 1 requirement that a daily feed of transactions created with the new process is generated in SAP and sent to BBU.

New, or changed, MM Movement Type to move inventory dollars to a Due-to/Due-from account and remove inventory units from SAP.

Daily file of transactions for BBU. At the end of each day, a file will be generated by SAP providing the details of the dayu2019s shipments out of LaCrosse (BBU needs to confirm file layout, format, and delivery method). Proposed fields are:

1. SAP Document Number u2013 Hopefully BBU could use this in the posting in their system some way to allow us a link between the two.

2. Plant Name

3. Document Date

4. Batch/Lot Number

5. Material Number

6. Quantity

7. Cost per Unit

8. Extended Cost

No postings to current Business Area 4570 will be allowed. All postings are to be made in Business Area and Plant 4198.

Its very critical one and need a solution asap.

I suggest you to post this message into the logistics and materials management forums. While there may be some MM consultants here I think you will have greater chance to get response in dedicated forums rather than in Project Management and Implementation Methodology forum.
