smart form output logo containing some dots in middle of logo

Hi,

we have uploaded one color logo using se78 t-code , and this logo was added to our smartform , in print preview it is showing correctly, But after taking print out in BLACK& WHITE PRITNER it is showing some dots in middle of the logo .

Hi Ganesh,

Try de-selecting the 'Color Printer' flag in the definition of the output device via transaction SPAD. SPAD -> <Output Device> -> 'Output Attributes' tab -> De-select 'Color printer' flag.

Also what is the result if you print via a different device type. e.g. POST2? See SAP note #410727 for some possibilities.
