where to find long term sales contracts with regular invoices (billing)?

Hello,

I'm exploring SAP Business One and wondering if there are long term sales contracts with billing plan exist?

It is needed to create invoices every month while the contract is valid.

How one could achieve that with SAP Business One?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, B1 is only a compact package for SME. There is no such comparable functions with big ERP package.

If you are using the latest version, you may get newly added recurring functions to most documents.

    Thanks,

    Gordon

    HI

you can set the item or BP valid for the certain period of time by giving valid from date,to date.....

you can achieve your goal by this.....

I think there is a misunderstanding. I failed to find how to create long term contracts and have no problems with valid dates at all.

In SAP ERP I can easily create contract (va41), specify billing plan for any item and periodically execute billing documents creation (vf01). So it is only needed to create one document (contract) for specific customer and automatically generate billing documents later for active contracts.

Is it possible to do something similar in SBO? Could one enter conditions for invoice generation once and regularly just generate them?
