WebAS6.40 Sneak Preview- accessible via SAPGui?

Sorry for this stupid question, but I thought

the Sneak Preview also contains the ABAP world and

a whole installation including to access a SAP instance via SAP GUI.

The install was without problems but when I try to access the WebAS I always get the message partner not reached.

Some help is appreciated.

PS: I am familiar with SAP and the MMC contains the green light to show everything is up and running.
