Billing Document Error - Mandatory pricing Condition Missing

Dear Gurus,

We created a sales order for job work for service material and it asked the pricing condition job work price (ZJOP), so pricing condition maintained, in VF01 error is coming Mandatory pricing condition missing (ZBPR).

i faced similar error, go to change mode of billing VF02, click on condition icon and say update- carry out new pricing, it might solve the problem!

Kindly Use VF02 and then come to analyse Pricing via conditions ....here you can check for that particular condition..

This may be because of following

1. May be validity period expires in VK12

2. V/08 check that condition is mandatory or you don't required this filed mandatory...

**Best way to compare a bill pricing which has same pricing procedure and you can see what is missing...

Sales order is complete no issue in it. Only in billing the problem is arising checked in VTFL but unable understand it.

In VTFL check what is the pricing type for TAN.

Once you goto VTFL position deliv type and billing type you are using.Then select the line click on item.

Der double click on TAN and check the pricing type.

Also check in billing- goto conditions and click on analysis .See what is displaying there.

In VTFL the the pricing type showing is G in billing unable to see the pricing type.

As Ashish told compare the pricing procedure in sales order and billing.

Go to conditions and click on Analysis in sales order and billing. Check if it is the same pricing procedure.

Do you see any condition types in billing or you don see any condition types.

is there any t.code for checking for this billing type this the pricing condition maintained like that. so i can check there which condition is maintained for this type of billing document.

Hi,

First check the sales order is complete.Click on incompletion log.If its complete then try the following

To check the settings for billing type T code is VOFA. Here you can check the document pricing proc only. If its is showing fine

in sales order and not billing then check your copy control T code VTFL. Check what is the pricing type for item category.

Actual Pricing condition is zjop but is asking for zbpr, but after maintaining the zbpr also the same error.

Hi,

ZBPR is made mandatory in your pricing procedure. If you do not want that condition type you can uncheck mandatory option in

V/08.If you require it then check the conditions in VK11 and also the validity of ZBPR if required.

Reply if you have ant doubts.

checked the status in v/08, not made as mandatory for zbpr actually sales order zjop is showing in sales order and the sales order in complete. while doing billing only this error coming in condition no condition is showing.
