Appointment Letters for employees through SAP

Hi Seniors,

My client wants to generate Appointment letters and Offer letters for the new joiners and active employees through SAP.

My project scope is OM,PA,Time & Payroll-INDIA no Recruitment implementation .

Can any body guide me is it possible to generate the desired docs through SA,IF yes then what are the steps to be followed for the same.
