If you still receive the issue after changing the Java Version used and carrying out the reinitilaization please also try the following and test once more:

Clear the Java Web Start cache:

Java Web Start

-> File

-> Preferences

-> Advanced

-> Clear Folder

It's PI 7.1x, all right?

You'd better use JDK 5 at the client side.

initialize it again in PI administartion.

OR you have to apply patches, like SP06.

Hi there,

From Control Panel, go to Java -> General tab, Temporary Internet Files

-> View... -> Delete all the content there.

For 7.1, go to:

> Integration buider page http://<host>:<port>/rep

> Administration

> Tab - Directory (Repository as well)

> Java Web Start Administration

> Restore Archives and Generate New Signature

And ensure the Java version in Client and Server sides is 1.5.

For 7.0, go to:

> Integration buider page http://<host>:<port>/rep

> Administration

> Tab - Directory (Repository as well)

> Java Web Start Administration

> Re-initialization and force-signing

And ensure the Java version in Client and Server sides is 1.4.2
