Hi,

In the characterstics , values tab there is one check box called additional values.

I have activated Additional values check box in the characterstics using CT04 for testing purpose.

After, whenever I am trying to de-activate this checkbox. System not allowing.

Any one guide me, how to deactive Additional values check box in the characterstics.

Is there any impact on production?

Can u explain.

error Message no. C1 104:

Indicator for additional values cannot be deleted.

?

Procedure

Before you delete the indicator again, first check all values assigned to the characteristic and delete or change the values which do not conform to the allowed values.

To see a where the characteristic has been used, choose Environment -> Where-used list from the characteristics menu.

Hi Ravi,

Setting the check box allows you to add other values then the ones specified in the values tab of the characteristic.

Normally you should be able to de-activate the setting, I have done this in the past.

It will not have a direct impact on your production.
