Moving delta manually for Appl. 11

Hi Experts,

I am try to move the delta manually in application 11 SD Sales using the report BW RMBWV311. When I enter that report in transaction 38 and click on execute nothing happens.

I know that it's a way to do that that way by going to transaction SE38 in R/3 and run the program BW RMBWV311 to move data from LBWQ to RSA7.

Could you please provide me some guidance?
