How do I set VS4VS2010 Options?

In Crystal Reports XI it is possible to set the Editor options to "Crystal Syntax" or "Basic Syntax" I can't find a place to set it. Everutime I open a Crystal Report Editor I have to change the Syntax dropdown. Sometimes I forget and when I check a Formula it fails.

I looked for a CR4VS2010 User Guide, but can't find one.

I've seen several postings stating that it is at the following path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\Crystal Reports 2011\HelpFiles\en

Since I installed it on a Windows7 Ultimate 64-bit machine I looked in the following path:

C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\Crystal Reports 2011\HelpFiles\en

in that folder I see two CAB files and a MSHA file,
