EREC: Internal Error during candidate search

Hi ,

We are facing a issue while searching a candidate using candidate search service.

As soon as we click on Candidate Search it shows 'Internal Error' line two times.

I checked with transaction SLG1, it is giving following error:

Object txt: KPRO: Content Management Service

sub-object txt: HTTP communication

On double click it shows error as:

HTTP error: 500 internal server error HTTP error: 500 internal server error HTTP error: 500.

could you supply the release / enhancement package / support package and activated business functions for eRec and the version of TREX you are using?

Enhancement pack : 4

Support pack: 12

trex version : 7.10.36.00

and the activated bussiness functions for ercruitment are:

HCM_ERC_CI_1

HCM_ERC_CI_2

HCM_ERC_CI_3

HCM_ERC_SES_1

HCM_MSS_ERC_CI_1
